Rotherham Music - Service to Schools Manager

Kathryn is Service to Schools Manager for Rotherham Music and has worked in the service for over 10 years in varying roles as a woodwind teacher, coordinator and now her current role. Having come through the service, accessing music tuition from the age of 7, she is passionate about ensuring the children of Rotherham schools have access to quality music education, supporting schools in their delivery of curriculum music and offering musical opportunities. She is determined to give all children and young people the opportunity to access instrumental tuition and musical opportunities, helping them open up their creative potential. Kathryn is also an active musician, performing regularly as a classical flautist in and around the area. Being a part of Imagine Rotherham is an exciting opportunity to support her work in schools and with children and young people of the Borough
